Coffeshop

Driven by a passion for coffee, this web design conceptualizes an online coffee shop that makes ordering coffee a seamless and enjoyable experience.

The problem

Ordering coffee is mostly done by human interactions, which meant I faced multiple challenges in building a website for the purpose.

  • User Experience: Transitioning from a human-centric ordering process to a digital interface required careful consideration of user experience to ensure intuitive navigation and ease of use.

  • Accessibility: Coffee is for everyone, which meant that ensuring the website is accessible to all users, including those who may not be tech-savvy or who have disabilities was important.

The approach

To tackle these challenges, I developed a streamlined process to enhance my personal project:

  • Research: To make this project become a reality, I initiated a short process of research to explore how ordering food and drinks can be done online.

  • Wireframing: I create low-fidelity wireframes to outline key user flows, allowing iterations before diving into detailed design work.

  • Prototyping: I develop interactive prototypes using Figma for usability testing.

Summary

In conclusion, this project successfully addressed the challenges of transitioning coffee ordering from a human-centric process to a digital platform. Through thorough research, iterative design, and user feedback, I created a streamlined, accessible website that enhances the overall ordering experience. The high-fidelity prototype demonstrated the potential for an engaging and intuitive interface, paving the way for future developments and improvements in online coffee ordering.
